The iAspire Programme at Bucksburn Academy
The iAspire Programme at Bucksburn Academy seeks to link partner organisations to vocational experiences for learners. There is a recognition that the competitive environment we live in means that increasingly young people will have to supplement their achievement with work experience, internship, knowledge and expertise in their chosen field in order to gain access to their chosen career.
At Bucksburn Academy, we have begun the process of establishing groups of learners with a shared vocational interest and linked these groups with partner organisations and opportunities. We have established groups around MEDICINE, LAW, TEACHING and ENGINEERING and are looking to extend this in the coming months.
