At the recent Taste of Grampian food and drink festival, one Bucksburn Academy pupil got the chance to help with cooking demonstrations by local and celebrity chefs.  Benn Cifuentes created delicious recipes using ingredients from Braehead foods, and then helped celebrity chef John Torode during his demonstration on centre stage. Benn was given this opportunity through Springboard FutureChef which works alongside the Home Economics department to inspire budding young chefs of the future.
